About me
Jason Schlueter is an English faculty member based in Littleton, CO. He teaches first-year composition and developmental English, incorporating innovative projects such as Calaveras and TED Talks to engage students in genre exploration. His academic interests include translanguaging, genre theory, and the Spanish language. He is also writing an academic paper for the MEXTESOL Journal based on his work with that organization and a sabbatical abroad. Jason also leads faculty workshops on genre pedagogy and remembrance writing and is exploring non-traditional instructor training approaches to build participation and support diverse learners.
